Delivery Times
             
Where possible we pack and post all orders within one working day. (If, for some reason, there is a delay, we will notify you.)  All orders are sent via Australia Post. If requested, Express Post and international/domestic courier services are also available.

Expected delivery times for regular parcels sent via Australia Post are as follows.

New South Wales & ACT  1-3 working days
Victoria & Queensland  2-4 working days
South Australia  3-5 working days
Western Australia & Tasmania  3-5 working days
Northern Territory  4-5 working days
New Zealand (all destinations)  3-10 working days

Special Orders and Backordering

Where items are requested as special orders, or on backorder for items normally held in stock, the waiting time before the products reach our store is generally around 10 days.

We will contact you to let you know the anticipated delivery time to your address as soon as your order is placed. 
          
Delivery Charges

All deliveries are made by Australia Post - feel free to contact us if you would like to use another service.
        
MAXIMUM costs for delivery are shown below*
    
AUSTRALIA - for parcels up to 500g to any Australian address, the cost is $7.15; or $10.55 for parcels up to 3kg. (Pack and Track)
        
NEW ZEALAND - for parcels up to 2kg, the cost of sending to any address in New Zealand is $15.95 (Pack and Track International)
      
OTHER DESTINATIONS - please contact us by email for information.
         
* Please note that the costs shown are subject to change by Australia Post. We do not charge any handling fees.
                             
Refunds
                   
Should you wish to return the goods you have purchased and receive a full refund (minus postage costs), please ensure that they are returned in their original wrappers within 30 days of receiving them. 
                         
Alternatively, if you find that goods are faulty after removing the wrapper and using them, please contact us to discuss the best means of resolving the problem (e.g., where there is a manufacturer's guarantee in place, we will be able to pass on details of the manufacturer's instructions and contact address).
